Managed Server Administration and Support

***On site Server support is not included, a set amount of on site hours can be made available at a rate of R575 per hour. + Travelling at rate of R4,20 per KM
*** AD (Active Directory Administrator is limited to 40 User accounts)
***Backup Monitoring does not include offsite storage or any media this is purely monitoring ensuring that backups are made and report on the status
***There are no uptime guarantees for on-site installations of servers due to the volatility of environmental variables. Ie: electricity supply and internet related downtime.
***On Site up time guarantees will not be entered into unless redundancy measures with corresponding SLA’s regarding Electricity supply and internet connectivity are in place. (Only available on Enterprise Admin package.)
***Uptime guarantees and agreements on any other service relate package can only be entered into when Customer equipment resides within a Cloud Company Data Centre.
*** Application monitoring ensures that the application is functional. Our responsibility is to ensure that the application works how it works is up to the end user.
*** Application support such as Sage pastel is not covered in our managed services agreement. We do have experts that support business critical applications however there is a fee associated in providing these types of services. A Quote can be provided on request for once off support or monthly retainers. Application training can also be arranged.
***Offsite backup storage is available as an add on
